Tip #6

I always like to get my dishes out the weekend before Thanksgiving to make sure they are clean.  A great way to clean your glassware so each piece is spot-free and in serving condition is to dip each glass in a large bowl of water with vinegar (1/4 cup of vinegar to 8 cups of water).  I usually dry everything by hand and set all pieces in a safe place.  I recommend setting your table a couple of days before hosting your meal if you have a separate dining area.  If you don’t have a dining room I would set the table the night before Thanksgiving.

Tip #7

Below is a helpful Thanksgiving grocery list to go with the dishes and recipes I’ve listed for your meal.  This list will make shopping a breeze.  If possible, I would hand this list to a teenager or significant other!  While you are cleaning the serving pieces all of the grocery shopping will be finished (it takes a village, right:-)
