I had the opportunity this week to work with Maxine Schnitzer, a gifted photographer who is as passionate about photography as I am about interior design. It was so amazing watching her work so hard to get the exact shot that would capture the mood of the room I created for my client.
The space she photographed is filled with windows and natural light. It’s an oasis for my client, who is a busy mom with two teenage boys. This is the area she retreats to when there is a crew of boys in her family room watching TV.
I believe every house should have one space that is tranquil and good for the soul — whether it’s inside or outside.
Here is a photo from our shoot that Maxine posted on her Facebook site.
