I don’t know about you but I’m ready for spring. It’s been a little dreary lately in DC. I’m working on a new tween basement project, and we’re using a lot of COLOR. Here’s a glimpse of some of the colors we’ll be using in the room with paint, furniture and accessories.
The alcove area will be painted in horizontal citrus stripes.
Next, we’re going to use Benjamin Moore Blue Echo on the focal wall. The other walls will be neutral.
The basement is fairly dark right now so it’s going to take a lot of lighting and color to make this a cool tween space! I love this chic sphere pendant and lamp I found for the space:
We’re going to customize the color of the fixtures and the girls opted for electric orange:-) I can’t wait to snap an after shot of this space. XO, –S
